Faulty Goods

Where goods are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase, subject to availability they can be exchanged or the purchaser can receive a full refund.  Please note that items damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.


Price

The price of goods shown on our website is inclusive of Value Added Tax.  Postage and packaging will be quoted by us and payable separately from the price of the goods.  All prices shown on our website are subject to change at any time without notice.


Ordering Goods online

We are under no obligation to supply the products ordered through our website and display of goods is not an offer to sell.

An order will only be confirmed when it is verified by us.


Payment

Goods must be paid for with packaging and delivery included before the goods are delivered.

Payment by credit card or debit card. 


Delivery

An estimated time for delivery of goods will be stated but cannot be guaranteed.

All packaging and delivery will be decided by us.

England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland sent by recorded delivery at £6 received within 2-5 working days.

Standard delivery to Europe £16, worldwide £25.


Returns Policy

In the event that you wish to return goods please email contact@susu-style.co.uk stating the reason, whether you wish to receive a replacement, credit note or refund.  Goods should be returned within 7 days of receipt, unworn and complete with all packaging and tags attached.  Items returned without prior notice will be sent back to the purchaser.

We will credit the original purchasers credit or debit card for the sum paid less postal cost and reserve the right to deduct a handling and restocking charge.

Goods remain the responsiblity of the purchasers until returned.  Where goods are returned damaged, soiled or late they may not be accepted and may be sent back to the purchaser.

All goods sold from our website are separate to our stores and cannot be refunded within our shops.  All refunds are dealt with through paypal.

Our website is run alongside our two shops.  In the unlikely event an item is out of stock and has not been removed from the website we will notify you by email and give you a full refund or alternative of your choice.
